Cooperative Parish
In July 2009, after serving the Silver Spring region for over 135 years separately, Woodside and Marvin Memorial United Methodist Churches joined to form the Silver Spring United Methodist Cooperative Parish. Together, Woodside and Marvin provide witness and ministry that promotes connectedness within the community and social justice throughout Silver Spring and the surrounding regions.
